Established interventions.
Intelligently combined.
Rejuvie is not attempting to invent new sleep physiology. It combines established interventions across darkness, noise control, audio and timed light in one adaptive system designed for all-night use.
Sleep onset
estimated faster sleep onset
For users in sub-optimal sleep environments
Basis for the estimate
Published evidence supports light control, noise attenuation and selected audio interventions as ways to reduce sleep-onset difficulty. Synthesising reported intervention effects with sleep-onset latencies commonly seen in disturbed environments gives an estimated reduction of approximately 10–30 minutes, or roughly 20–60%.
Important limitation
The effect will depend heavily on the user, their baseline sleep latency and the source of disruption. This is a modelled range from constituent-intervention research, not a measured Rejuvie result.

estimated improvement in sleep quality
Where noise and light are materially disrupting sleep
Basis for the estimate
A clinical review of noise-reduction strategies reported average sleep improvements of 25.3% for earplugs and 42.7% for sound masking in intensive-care research. Rejuvie combines blackout, passive and active noise control, sound masking and adaptive audio; 25–40% is therefore used as a rounded, conservative estimate for disrupted settings.
Important limitation
The underlying studies use different populations, interventions and sleep measures, so these figures should not be treated as a pooled clinical effect. The likely benefit is smaller in an already quiet, dark, optimised bedroom.

with greater alertness
Using timed light before and around the point of waking
Basis for the estimate
Small randomised studies suggest that dawn-simulation light delivered before waking can improve subjective alertness and selected measures of post-waking performance. In one crossover study, reaction time improved from 0.86 to 0.81 seconds, alongside higher alertness and better performance on an addition task.
Important limitation
Evidence is promising but mixed, sample sizes are small and protocols vary. Rejuvie must still demonstrate that its light system delivers a sufficient, safe and repeatable circadian-relevant dose through the closed eyelid.
